hot baths?

I'm 15 weeks. I slept wrong and severely knotted my neck and shoulder muscles. I've been crying in pain. are hot baths safe? or am i condemned to standing in the shower?

I'll give it a shot this once because nothing has helped and usually a hot bath does the trick. I'll keep a cold water bottle or two to drink while relaxing and a thermometer. If I start to feel weird, I'll take my temp and if it's too high, I'll drain some water and add cold slowly to bring myself down.

I've been taking baths as hot as i can get them my whole pregnancy and my baby is Fine...you really just have to pay attention to your body, they can make you dizzy or even throw up so just be aware.

You are allowed to take a warm bath, but not how. The problem with hot baths is your body might have a hard time regulating its temperature after the bath. You don't want your body temp to rise. I'm sorry you slept wrong, I seem to be doing that a lot lately as well. Good luck and feel better!
