Have him massage your feet.  You need to limit salty things.  Important to put your feet up higher than head so blood can flow.  Or lie on your left side with pillows to left your legs

Thanks girls I have been doing that alot lately also lot's of walking that's why I think my feet swell up at night when my body wants to rest.
