how long could sperm live in the body

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows exactly how long sperm could actually live in a womans body??

My LMP was April 14th
which makes my most fertile days from the 25-28
But from my ultrasound and my due date, my conception date would have been on the 2nd of May.

Now I had sex on the 25th or April and the 5th of May but my conception date (calculating from due date which is Jan 23rd) I would have concieved on the 2nd. now my question is, could the sperm from when I had sex on the 25th live that long to make my conception date the 2nd of May, or could my conception date be a couple days off??

Under perfect conditions up to 7 days but usually more realistic of 5 days

I've heard they can live up to 7 days, but I think thats under perfect conditions

Sperm can live about 5 days or so. So you only had sex on the 25th and the 5th, right? Also a u/s can be off by a few days or so...Also when they give you the conception date how far where you in your pregnancy...(for best dating the earlier is better)
