Ive been having bloody show since 430 5pm its 816pm now. The first 3 shows were dark red and snotty :/ now its pinkish red snot. I did get my membranes sweeped today and i was 4cm when he did the sweep. Im concerned because i havent felt contractions at all just extreme back pressure so i didnt even know ibwas dialating. How long does bloody show last and do, you think it worked?
It sounds like it did, it can't last forever, so it will slow up (mine did). The back pressure may be back labor and you dilating still, does it come and go? If it continues I'd call L&D and go in and have them check you, let them know you've had your bloody show, and you're having bad back pressure.
Yeah when i was laying down ot was constant coming in and out. But now im sitting straight up and its not hurting. My bloody show, let up when i went to the bathroom a minute ago. my dr told me to expect some bleeding
if u r in that much pain and feel that much pressure on your back you could have back labor and not even feel anything in your stomach you can call and ask without going in yet. i had a friend have her baby just last week and had nothing but back labor up until she had him. and you were already 4cm dialated when he swept your membranes.
Yep. you wont be admitted unless your having constant contractions or your water breaks. So basically ive gotta walk around continuously dialating until my dr can induce me this week or my water breaks because i am not feeling my contractions at all
