I didn't. Many women don't, and assume regular bleeding or spotting from irritation is implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding is really uncommon. Around 30% of women ever get it, and it usually is a tinnnny spot of blood and that's it.

I had implantation bleeding halfway through my tww and it was only a bit of red/pink tinged in with my cervical mucous. I wouldn't have ever noticed if I wasn't analyzing my CM at the time. But yes, Clysta is right...it's not very common.
Hope you get some good news.

In December my AF was 3 days late and when I finally got it...it was darker than usual and the first day was heavy-ish and the second day it spotted and was gone. I took a test afterwards and it was negative. Waited a while longer and tested again and was pregnant. I'm 19w1d now.... But it's true, not everyone will have implantation bleeding.... Spotting/light bleeding is more common than implantation bleeding. And just because you didn't have it, doesn't mean your not pregnant. I was pregnant in June and had no spotting that indicated I was pregnant. That ended in m/c and now I'm pregnant again and had it, so I guess every pregnancy can be different. You can't go off having or not having implantation bleeding to assume you are or aren't pregnant. Try to relax and see where it goes. Good Luck!

I spotted a little bit about a week or so before my period was due.  I didn't think anything of it until I actually got a +HPT and then realized that it may have been implantation bleeding.  I just assumed my period was going to start.
