if you are not already on some, get on some good prenatal vitamins... you can go to your GP and get a refural to a baby Dr.... my GP sent me for some of the prenatal blood work and then i didnt go see my baby Dr till 12+ weeks...
Obviously along with takeing vitamins you need to eat ahealthy balanced diet, drink lots of water, cut out caffiene... just live healthy :)
