i have never needed to have a bowelmovement so bad in my life

I know they say to eat things high in fiber but I can not keep anything down. I have not had a bowel movement in 3 weeks. What can I do? I'm literally in severe pain from this.

Definately call your OBGYN.  Bless your heart!  I bet you are in pain.  Call and see what they can prescribe for you.  Goodluck!

You need to call your dr or go to the hospital. Not going for that long is a medical emergency

Oh my gosh you poor thing! I think at this point you may need a doctor's intervention. They may prescribe a laxative that is safe to take during pregnancy. If you are  unable to keep anything down (fluids, food, etc.) and are not having a bowel movement you could be severely dehydrated. How does your skin look? How do your eyes and the skin around your eyes look?

If you can keep water down there are fiber powders you can mix in it. But I really do think you should see a doctor if you can't keep anything down and are not able to use the restroom.
