i need an answer...pls

i am 29 years married with 2 kids,i have IUD as a way to avoid getting pregnant ,i had my period on the 17 of feb 2008 and it seemd to b normal on my last day of period i had incomplete intercourse with my husband and two days after i start feeling sever pain in the  upper part of my stomach ,the pain last for two days and then disapear but til now i am feeling nausiated,dizzy with some stomach discomfort .....i had such signs with my first two sons ..i dont know what to do ,i took home test 3 days after my period  last day and turned to be negative...pls help me i am freaking out and dont know what to do .....

i am planning to see a dr. this monday but  to be honest i am so worried about being pregnant...i dont think i have UTI coz i dont feel the urge to urinate and i dont feel any burning sensation or pain during urination and the color of urin is normal ....omd i am loosing my mind.....

With an IUD, I think you have like a .03% of pregnancy.....not good odds. There are many other things besides pregnancy that can makeyou have symptoms such as that. Have you gone to the doctor? Maybe you have a UTI, which can make you feel that way.
