I did that too! But it was from my messed up liver. I had not drank a lot or anything but I had a liver problem which caused me to bleed when I threw up, but also it could be the inner layer of your stomach being inflamed to wear it streches & those stretches like stretch marks may bleed or become very irritated.

I was puking so much in the first trimester I also puked blood. I told my ob about my nausea problems and she has me on nausea pills. I'm 28w+5d and still dealing with nausea hun. :) talk to your ob maybe he/she can help. Also try saltines or sour candy to help with the nausea.

If its on going, go to the er. You dont want to risk being sick and not getting treatment!

It happened to me once and it ended up being a slight tear in my throat due to throwing up so much. If it doesnt stop within a couple hours to one day id go to the hospital.

My first trimester I was sick almost the entire time and never had the experience. Maybe you should go to the hospital and make sure everything is okay. Good luck :) hope everything is fine
