im scared

hi i posted earlier but didnt get much of a response and i am really scared

i have done 5 pregnancy tests 2 were positive with faint lines 2 were negative today i have a done a clear blue digital test which said pregnant

i got home from town and came on my period it is starting to get quite heavy with blood clots it sounds a bit crude sorry i havent had any pain at all

i have phoned my doctor and they said its nothing to worry about and when my period has finished to go into the surgery with a urine sample and they will confirm my pregnancy i am really scared as i dont want to lose this baby i cant stop crying im not far gone but i am really looking forward to it what does it sound like to u please help

i sorry but to me it does not sound good but the thing is my mum had her periods the whole way through her pregancies the only thing was we were both very early i was nine weeks early but im healthy so if you doc is not concerned you need to wait and see unless the bleeding is very heavy then you need checked out good luck take care and all the best

hiya ive been i think 12 tests and 3 neg n rest postative so thats nowt to worry about, periods are not uncommon during pregnancy as i had 1 with my daughter
so i think tehys nothin to worry about hunni,
but if u are goin out ur mind like i was at the time i rang my pregnancy day unit and spoke 2 midwife and told her i was bleedin and i asked if i could get an early scan which happened and once i saw my babys heart beatin it was such a reilef and now shes 2 n a monkey!! up 2 u hun see ur doc wen stops (mine told me same but i was 2worryed 2 listen) or ring the day unit at hospital hope every things ok take care n keep me informed xxx

i didnt think i would be able to have a scan a im probably only bout 3 weeks gone maybe 4 my  period wasnt supposed to be due until saturday either i hope your right i really do i havent told my partner yet either hes really excited to dont know what to say to him i wanted to wait and see what happens

I would try to get in for a scan asap. Everyone woman is different, and not to scare you, but any type of bleeding for me was always a bad sign. But it could be normal for you to bleed some, but you shouldn't be soaking more than one pad an hour. I would def. try to get in now, I wouldn't chance it!

When did you get the positive tests and when did you get the negative ones? Were the positives after the negatives or were the negatives after the positives?

i think may still be able to see as for i had a scan 2 day n im only 4 weeks, still can hun, best bet is to tell some 1 u trust so u dnt hav to go on ur own, were u from??

im not soaking a pad that often  but like said before would anything show up on a scan with me not being very far gone if it would do i just turn up at the hospital

im from walsall well its more bloxwich but i dont want to tell family cause we think they going to be disappointed as i am supposed to be getting married next year

the first test i did was negative the second 2 positive with faint line so did another the day after to make sure and it said negative did a clear blue digital today and it said pregnant

Oh I see, you are still pretty early. They may or may not be able to see anything on a scan this early. they could always test your HCG levels and make sure they are doubling properly.

At 3 weeks, I don't think they would be able to see anything on the u/s. I would go in for a blood test maybe?

Sometimes those HPT don't work correctly. But the Clear Blue read positive after a negative so that means you still have pregnancy hormones in your body. The only way to reassure yourself of what is happening is to demand your blood be tested for HCG and progesterone. If you have low progesterone, they can give you meds that will help (you have to have it during pregnancy).

no it will be my third my other 2 pregnancies were brilliant right from the off i cant help thinking its me cause at first i didnt know what to think was i ready and all that what about the wedding but then i thought stuff it i really want this baby and now this has happened

ive only just gone 4 weeks and mine showed up so i dont see why not hun just ring and ask for an early scan, which as horrible as it sounds probs b an interanl as i had 1 2 day and is easyer to see earlyer pregnancys

awwwwwww im just hoping everythin is fine i know its early and i did tell a friend what was happenin but she said welll your only bout 3 weeks so theres nothin there

I personally think a scan wont show much,i had my scan at 4 weeks 3 days,and it was so tiny,you had to squint,and to be honest even if they could see anything,it would be only a yolk,maybe.i think you should go to your doctors first get some blood tests,they will probably test couple times make sure your level is riseing,i dont want to sound negative,but i would prepare yourself for the worst,to be bleeding heavy at this early stage,isnt good,although women do bleed in early pregnancy.at 3 weeks there isnt alot there to pass,i wish you all the best though,please keep us updated,and stay of your feet,as much as possible.

yeh they detect diff levels of hcg, no its not point but u need a friend who is there 4 u not sayin theys nothin there as they is its ur growin baby id ring the hosp and ask for a early scan
