Personally I would call and ask my dr, so I would give the same advice for you.
Mine personally said no but every doctor is different. Like degriffdog said ask your doctor.
when i was pregnant i had such bad allergies my doc gave me childrens benadryl and i was 15 weeks but you should still ask your doc.
mine dr said "no". but it doesn't hurt to call the nurses at a hospital and ask them. they should be able to answer your questions about medications and pregnancy.
My doctor said it was fine to take benadryl (not benadryl D, just reg benadryl), it was on our approved list of meds for pregnancy.

my dr said it was okay to take it...when i was in the hospital once during this pregnancy they gave it to me to help me sleep..so i dont see why not..even the list of "safe meds to take during pregnancy" said you can take it..you know you can also take claritin or how ever you spell it.
My doctor said it was ok. My uncle is a pediatrician and he also said it was ok. I took it last time I was pregnant when my allergies were horrible! So far the pollen is just starting in this area now, so I havent had to take anything yet, but I am sure I will!
I have taken 1 benadryl every night for the last 2 pregnancys because my allergys are so bad at night. My doc has ok'ed it and I have never had any problems. Like a few other posters has said, make sure its regular benadryl. It also helps you fall asleep. I usually take mine a bedtime and it helps with the snezzing and sometimes the congestion. You can try saline nasal spray too, it will help clear you up. My doctor has said no to any type of nasal spray thats medicated but the plain ol saline water is ok.
