is this safe?
Is it safe to have a massage?.. I am only a few weeks.
Thanks! I thought that i had heard that can happen.. I was going to get one over the weekend.. but wanted to make sure.
I am a massage therapist and it is not a good idea to have a massage in the first trimester. If the therapist hits certian pressure points they can cause a m/c. Wait until after your first trimester if you want to go.
I know that some salons offer pregnancy massages but I'm not sure at what point in pregnancy it's okay to get them. I'm sure it would feel great.
