just a quick ques....

which is the correct way of finding out the length of your cycle?
1)by counting the first day your period starts til you come on again?
OR
2) counting the day after your period ends til the day you start again.
I've heard two different ways thats why im asking. Thanks

The first day of your period is the first day of your cycle. This is why women get confused and can't conceive. They believe they ovulate CD14 but they count from when their period ended, instead of when their period began.

Fertility Friend and other fertility websites will tell you the same thing. CD1=First day of period

Your first day of your period is cd1,so you count from the first day.
