Colace isn't making me go just helping when i can go if that makes sense lol. Im definitely going to try some fiber stuff. I already eat like fiber 1 bars and activia. Hopefully i can get some relief

Along the lines of Metamucil, I have been using FiberOne pills or Benefiber powder, along with high water consumption. When I had some real problems in the first trimester, my doc said it was ok to use a little Miralax to get things going since I was having trouble keeping enough water down. I never took more than a 1/4 dose for a couple of days as I am sensitive to such medications. You may want to check with your doctor before taking it.
Natural laxative foods include things like grapes and mangoes, along with high water consumption. Good luck!
My GF told me fruit cups... that she would have 2 of them and then no more problems. Said it was the best advice she could give me when i told her I was preggers.
Metamucil helped me :) my doctor said to use that along with raw veggies and fruits to help I was feeling better in less than a week :) u can find metamucil at walmart near the pharmacy stuff and they have it in powder u can drink or pill form its basically just extra fiber for ur diet
I know they recommend you speak to your doc before taking any laxatives while pregnant but if you can't wait until Thursday call them they can prob go ahead and tell you
Is that something u take daily? To get regular? I have a feeling im gonna need to take something a few times a werk to help me
My doctor recommends milk of magnesia. It's safe to take during pregnancy.
