Im gona be 21 this year, im expecting my first baby in julyy :) ive honestly never been the type to go out all nightt and party &drink. My boyfriend on the other hand willll lol. But since we found out im pregnant, he gladly gave all that up, &were both preparing to be parents. Like everyone else said, its amazing how once we choose to grow up, noone wants to be your friend. ive lost plenty of friends recently. But im thankful I have my family, and my boyfriend whos sticking by me thru all this and I know he'll be a great dad. and ill gladly spend my 21 birthday with my son, boyfriend and family. It doesnt get any better than that (:
I am a kinda young mom I'm 26 will be 27 when the baby is born but it is my first pregnancy and I am totally alone in this besides my bf I live alone in the state of utah and have no family any where close to me I got lucky with the man that I have and how supportive he is I have so many questions all the time and no one to answer them
Isn't it weird that when we decide to grow up and be adults all of our "friends" run off?! Now I see them and I'm like "we had what in common?" I don't understand why or how we I called them my friends. Lol
I'm 22 and celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary this month, we have a 4 year old dd, a 2 year old dd & I'm 29 weeks 4 days pregnant with our third daughter. We lost most of our friends when we got married and then almost two years ago our best friends were hit by a drunk driver we lost her and he's still in a nursing home and going through surgerys.
I'm 24 with 4 precious babies. I had my first when i was 16 and it was the hardest time of my life. I learned alot in the first two years of my sons life. Dh and i have been together for 10 years this July and things are great. I am very fortunate to be with my children's father. I thank God everyday that I didn't become another statistic of how many "boys" walk away from teen parenting. My son Michael is 8. DD Melania is going to be 5 March 8th, Mathieu just turned 3 and Maxamillian is going to be 8 months on the 11th.
I also gave up the party life to raise my babies. Don't have any friends really but I love it this way. Everything i do I do it with my husband and my kids. In the morning when everyone leaves for work and school I can't wait for them to come home. I love being with my husband even after 10 years I love being around him. We literally don't go anywhere without each other and we both love it this way. I have my RN license but I love being at home. Very happy with the way my life has turned out
I am 21 married for almost 4 years...i have a 2 year old and am pregnant with hoping to be our second child if all goes well this pregnancy...my husband and i have been together going on 6 years this year and its sad to say that i too have lost many friends because they thought what i decided to do with my life wasnt up to their expectations...being on mh has helped me out sooo much and the ladies on here are wonderful :))
I'm 24 and have a 4 year old and a 16 month old and am happily married. Lost a lot of friends but made a lot of new ones as well. Realized I wanted to spend more time with my family then partying or being irresponsible. I graduate in May with a degree in Interior Architectural Design. Couldn't be more happy!
I'm 24 pregnant with our second baby :) I'm happily married, 15 month old girl and 12 weeks pregnant! Really excited. Although, some people probably think I'm crazy! Maybe I am, but we r both matured individuals who decided to have a family instead of partying :) and we don't regret it! We lost some of our friends when the baby came along, but oh well they probably weren't real friend to start with...I don't miss the late nights out I'm happier to stay home with my hubby and watch a movie :)
I am 18 years old and 19w3d pregnant. I am not married but i am engaged to my babys father. I have always been very mature, i never wanted to party or get involved in the drama of high school. I knew i wanted to be a parent more than anything in the world. My fiance is an amazing person and gave up his life of partying for me and we decided to start a family. I lost alot of my friends because of the life i chose but the very few friends i do have are amazing.
Its really nice to know there are people like me out ther. Thank you girls for responding.
I'll be 21 in two months, and my husband and I decided to start our life young rather than go out & party. He started a business at 17, so he had to "grow" up and I've been by this side working. We got married last May, and are expecting our first baby this may! I've lost a lot of friends also, but the ones who like me for how I deicded to live my life, are still there! It's nice to know that there are other young married couples with kids actually trying & not partying & leaving there kids with people while they go out!
I'm also a young mom (22 next month), married and in the last year of getting my BA. It's nice to know there are other young, responsible moms out there :) DH and I are in the 2ww right now, although we weren't "trying" this month (we were out of town, no condoms, and um....yeah) we would be super excited if I were prego. If not than when I graduate next fall we are trying for number 2!
