So sorry to hear that. It does sound like your body is confused or having a hard time adjusting. Although pumping may be a good idea I would talk to your doctor first. They may suggest letting it dry up if that's possible? Good luck :)

Wow sounds like your body is confused. Maybe look into getting a pump and pumping to relieve it? Definatly talk to a dr about it to see if you can get it to stop. If not you can always pump and donate the milk until you have your baby
No i was not. Ny daughter is.actually almost 2! But now that i think about it i had a misscarriage back in june. And i produced milk that never really stopped, until last month. You guys think maybe i confused my body?
Get in a hot shower and let the water run on them. Massage them as the water hits them.
Ive had a hard, red and sore lump kinda thing on the side of my left breast and someone on her said i could be engorged but a doctor told me i could have an infection in my breast. Im 38 weeks
Were you still breast feeding your first child? I understand your boobs being painful but you shouldn't have milk yet or be engorged :/
