Try variety. A lot of people say they don't like fruits and veggies, but there are so many fruits and veggies that they don't know about because there are always certain staples in your area. You may just not like the standard apples and bananas, but would love a pomegranate and blueberry fruit salad. Also try preparing it differently. I know I don't like my fruits and veggies cooked, but maybe you do. My mouth waters at the sound of a fruit salad with lemon juice and sugar over it. Also my mom used to get frozen fruits poor milk over them and then a little bit of sugar, voila a healthy kind of ice cream. Um. . . Now I'm hungry, time for a midnight snack. (plus if you can't tell I love fruits more than veggies.)
