orgasms in early pregnancy

I hate to sound like a freak, but is it okay to have orgasms in early pregnancy. I am about 7wks pg and I was wondering if it is okay. My doctor did not tell me either way. I had a u/s last week and my doctor told me everything looks great and I need to stop worrying about everything!! But now I am worrying about this!!

I had an mc last year that was pretty much doomed from the get go and they did warn me then not to have sex. But with that pregnancy I had tons of spotting and even some bleeding.

I have no spotting and no unsual cramps, so I was wondering if I could still be intimate with my dh. I can tell he is very ready for this too!!! : ) Thanks for the advice, I hope I did not offend anyone!!

Hiya you can be intimate as long as no bleeding,if you do then maybe find other ways,i just found this about orgasms, hope it helps..

Are orgasms dangerous?

No. They may cause uterine contractions, but they will not cause premature labour or delivery. However, you may feel an achiness or cramps after sex, which is caused by stimulation of the cervix. You may also find a few spots of blood because the cervix is well-supplied with blood in pregnancy.

The cramping or bleeding should go away if you rest in bed for a few hours. If the symptoms do not go away and become worse, call your gynaecologist.
