go to the bathroom first before having intercourse and after your finished with it put a pillow under your pelvis alittle that way the lil swimmers dont all fall out. you want to keep them up for about almost a half hour thats what i did and i only had intercourse every other 2-3 days in the week and around the time of ovulation i did it with my partner like 3-5 times before ovulation and about 2 times after that way we got a chance to catch the egg=). i think as long as your body is use to the stuff your doing then i think your fine. just try not to think your pregnant all the time because when i did i never got pregnant and i thought about it for 3 months constantly and never did so on the 4th month i never did think about it and im currently 16w3d pregnant=). just have some fun with your partner=). good luck to you hun. sending lots of sticky baby dust your way=).

your welcome hun. i hope it works for you like it did me too and also what helped me to boost the good cervical mucus was evening primrose oil you take Orly thats like 1,000MG once a day and folic acid. what the (EPO) evening primrose oil does it make more of the cervical mucus to be more fertil around the time of ovulation and the folic acid is the pose to help with the defects in the babies heart. but with the EPO your the pose to take it on the first day of your cycle up until 2 days before you ovulate because it can cause your uterus to contract.
