IM 43, AND I HAVENT HAD A PERIOD IN 3 MONTHS, CAN I STILL GET PREGNANT?

Menopause can start as early as your mid 30's. Do you know when most women start menopause? Generally you will around the same time as them.

Thank you, because i talk to my Dr. and he thinks its to early for me to be menopausing, but i have night sweats, i have the flashes, and no period in 3 months and this is the 4th month

Lack of period indicates you're not ovulating, and without ovulation pregnancy is impossible. It's very likely based on your age that you are nearing menopause - once you go 12 months without a cycle you are officially menopausal. A doctor can confirm with blood testing if that could be the cause.
