And try to tighten your abs before attempting to move. That way everything has more support. Good luck!
I agree. I pulled that round ligament in my first pregnancy and each time I've been prego since it flares. It is debilitating at times. Really all you can do is rest and do not lift anything heavy.
It is probably round ligament pain. As your uterus grows and weighs more the ligaments supporting it have to stretch & grow stronger. It is very common to feel that little jab of pain when moving, getting up, or shifting position.
