Ok so the ones i was given make me sick, what are some good prenatal vitamins I can take ? Thanks. Has anyone tried the ones from GNC? Any organic ones??

My prenatals made me feel very sick too, but try eating them with dinner or when u have a big meal... That helped me

I got some from vitamin shoppe, they're organic and non gmo the brand is (New chapter) perfect prenatal vitamin,  everything is on the label and NO artificial ingredients and other crap you can't read or pronounce.  Only thing is you have to take 3 a day breakfast lunch and dinner but you can also take them on an empty stomach. They go down easily :)

I take Flintstone vitamins and they work great for me. I can't take the regular prenatal vitamins because they make me really sick.

Take it in halfs on half in the morning n the other at night
