a pap smear would not answer any questions as to why she she is not having periods.  Pap smears really only test for cervical changes and some STD's.  If she were pregnant, a pelvic exam (which is often done with a pap smear) may reveal it, depending on how far along she would be.  Has she told her doc about the missing periods?  Her doctor should order blood tests to check her hormone levels.  That may be a place to start.  If her breasts are really that sensitive, with the no periods, it sounds like an issue with her hormone levels.
