So far taking 30mg sudafed at bed time and 2 tylonal sinus in the morning seems to help. Im guessing this maybe my daily routine for the next 11 days or so. Anyone have any other ideas?
You know I used to get sinus headaches sooo much (pregnant or not) I took most of the dairy out of my diet and the difference is amazing!
Thank you clysta i will give that a try tonight. Im sure all these weather changes are not helping mme any as well. So cant wait for her arrival!
I know what you mean! I NEVER have easy pregnancies. Some people just seem to breeze right through it, but I am not one of those people. It is REALLY hard on my body.
Try taking plain Sudafed. (not the PE stuff) I had horrible sinus headaches from 16-20 weeks and it was the only thing that helped me.
Thank you ladies for the help! Its hard for me to believe its almost time for her to come as well. I must say this has not been a very easy pregnancy and im so ready for her! As of now he arrival date will be december 5th via c-section because of her being breech. Thats just 12 days from now!
I can hardly believe it is almost time for you to have your baby Dolphin! Seems like just yesterday you were getting your BFP!
Might want to try hot/cold (depending on what feels good to you) compresses. For sinus, I would think the hot would be the way to go. You are almost there!!!
I know it sounds extremely odd, but I was having terrible headaches that wouldn't go away with Tylenol or in my case zyrtec-d my Ob prescribed and it was getting quite aggravating... The cure I found came from my chiropractor! I mentioned it to him and even after one adjustment my headaches went away instantly and didn't come back...I was shocked because all that time and bottles of Tylenol later that was all I needed and it was much better for both the baby and myself to not have to take pills. I saw my chiropractor through out my second pregnancy and he works wonders! My labor was much shorter and I had way less backaches and stomach issues then I had with my first pregnancy when I did not see a chiropractor. I'm now 33 weeks with baby number 3 and still seeing him! Though now we are on a new mission. My Ob suggested I speak to him soon about certain adjustments (to only the spine) to help my very confused bitty to get in the correct birthing position, lol! I know he has mentioned helping ladies before so I hope it will work for me. Anyway, that's my story. I wish you the best! Your in the home stretch, hang in there!
