stitches!!!!

My lil girl arrived oct.4,2015  10:42 am. 9Hours of labor via normal del. Now im dealing with the stitches and its painful.

Yea use the bottle they give you to clean down there, i remember when that happened to me i was afraid to use the bathroom lol, also try not to wipe but just kinda let the paper soak so it wont hurt when you use the bathroom. but congrats and now you finally have your lil girl in your arms

My hospital gave me a numbing spray to use, i didnt but i had it if i needed it

Take some tyenol and squirt some warm water on your stitches with the bottle they give you that always helped me hope you feel better
