stomach pain while pregnant

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and starting last night I noticed mild pain in my lower stomach region. The area between my 2 hip bones. The pain wasn't severe and it would only last about 3 seconds but it comes and goes in no noticable pattern. It all is the same level of intensity and lasts the same amount of time. I was able to sleep through the night without it bothering me but its almost been 24 hours and the pain is still coming and going. It seems to come less frequently when I'm up and moving around, it shows up more when im sitting or laying down. I don't know if this is a sign of a misscarriage of an ectopic pregnancy or just perfectly normal. I haven't has any bleeding at all so I really don't know if I should be concerned or not.

thank you to both of you who responded. i feel much less anxious now. i read some of the symptoms of a miscarriage and that got me worried but i feel much better now. thank you!

cramping in early pregnancy is normal try not too be too concerned it last for weeks for me.

If you are not bleeding then I wouldn't think a m/c is in your future.but if the pain don't go away in a day or so I would go to the doc just to see what they tell you.It could be just your ligaments stretching to get ready for what they have to hold
