IVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT, MAYBE YOU ARE DRYING UP
Ok I did some research. The most common things I have come across were drinking coconut milk. Also after you start running out when pumping, you should continue to pump for 2-5 minutes afterward. Its a way of tricking your body into producing more milk "on demand". Your breasts reproduce once it gets low.
I hope this helps.
always have a glass of water to replace what bub has drunk after a feed on top of drinking normally. must stay hydrated!!!
I literally woke up one morning to deflated boobs and hardly any milk at all. I was pumping constantly, so your milk CAN dry up unexpectedly, your best bet is to call a lactation consultant in your area for advice!
