swollen feet..
Is it normal for my feet to get red and swollen after of only like an hour of walking??? I'm 27 weeks
Lol cankles.. I haven't got that swollen lmao.and Yea they went down after sitting for a bit..
It's very normal! Just watch out if they don't go down with rest in 12 hours. My feet and hands get very swollen sitting for too long, walking or just having a busy day. Drinking a heap of water does helps I drink about 3L a day. Prolonged swollen feet, hands and face can indicate preeclampsia
Isnt it just lovely??? I call them Cankles..when mine get so swollen to the point where u cannot tell the separation between my calf and ankle. Therefore they are cankles ;)

Yes its very normal. Im on my 3rd baby and my feet get this way after an hour and im only 13 weeks. Just elevate them above ur hips. Drink lots of water to flush those kidneys out. Take care
