dpo= days past ovulation. Being this is your first I would suggest maybe waiting until 12 days past ovulation which for you I believe would be next Thursday?? I will have to check on that. Many women get BFP's= Big fat positive at 8 dpo. I, myself, am testing at 6 dpo. People will say I'm stupid, and I probably am lol. I have got a positive at 7 dpo with one of my pregnancies, which means that was exactly one week after I ovulated. Very early!! There are tests like frist response early result who can detect up to 6 days before a missed period and answer early result who pick up at 5 days before a missed period. You could technically start testing this weekend and test everyday until you get a positive or your af! But I'm a POAS aholic= Pee on a stick so I start testing early!!!! You may see a verrrrrrrry faint line this early on which is VERY normal, but should gradually get darker every couple of days up until when af would be due. Did I confuse you? I feel like I may have lol. Sorry DH just came in with more pregnancy test... it's like a parent walking in with candy when he comes in with those things!! haha

Do you have a regular cycle?? If so you ovulated with me!! lol. I ovulated on the 6th, and if you have a normal 28 day cycle that would've put you at the 5th. Give or take a day! =) Woo hoo exciting stuff!!!! I'm 6 dpo getting ready to test again, hopefully there's a line on this test... it's a different brand. If I get positive you better go test cause you're where I'm at in our cycles LOL. J/k i'm such a bad POAS influence! I need to stop it!! =p

Well iam not sure iam pregnant yet. My husband and I had unprotected sex on May 4th and May 9th. My last period started april 22nd and lasted until the 27th. So my next period is suppose to start near the  end of May.... Im just really anxious to know i  cant wait until my period time :) so i figured if i had symtoms it would make me less stressed about it

Early!! lol. I just say this because I'm 6 dpo and I tested faint bfp today, it disappeared but this is baby #5 and I'm prettttty sure I'm pregnant. I have never experienced symptoms this early though. I've had sore bbs since 1dpo, I've had nausea, dizziness, sleepy, moodiness, cravings and food aversions already! Many women are sensitive to hormone changes. A lot of women say that you have to wait for implantation, wrong. Our bodies produce progesterone after we Ovulate and produce it in higher amounts after we conceive. There is also something called early pregnancy factor. That is started within hours of conception, that too, can cause early pregnancy symptoms. You know your body best, and if you're feeling something that is out of the norm, it probably is!! How many dpo are you?
