I'm SO glad you posted this cause mine is in 3 days, thursday!! And i couldnt rememeber what you were supposed to drink lol what should you do if your doctor makes you pee in a cup as soon as you get there? They make every pregnant women do this that go there when you come in you sign in, then head straight to the bathroom? Don't know why though

Also keep a full bladder, the baby will be up more and able to bounce inside while doing the ultrasound.

you can i went for a 3d/4d ultra sound to find out the sex of the baby and they said drink 8 to 10 oz of oj before it helps wake up the baby.  I also had a big breakfast before not sure if that helped as well or not.  But def try the oj.
