I'm 35w+6d and am suffering severe insomnia. Yesterday I took a 3 hour nap from 4-7 and have been up since. Its already 6:30 in the morning. I am taking Unisom to see if that helps.
Try unisom. My doctor recommended it to me. It's a sleeping pill that helps with morning sickness
it really is. i like to put my hand where she's kicking and i feel her kick till i fall asleep. I'm obsessed with touching where she kicks i do it all do. so i guess thats why pregnant women are always touching their stomachs lol. i hope you get some sleep momma i know its frustrating when you can't get any.
I started off like that too allllways sick so I tried to sleep it off but I want to say for the last week or two its been so hard for me to sleep at night, I take a few short naps a day but I've always been a sleeper never had a problem. I mean I am always uncomfortable and hot whenever it's time for bed but to be up allll night like that jst isnt normal lol. but besides the fact that you're baby keeps you up all night it must feel amazing. I can't wait to feel the baby, thanks!!!
@babyg92
when i was in my first trimester i had no problem sleeping the first trimester because i was always soooo sick so i slept most of the time so i wasn't up puking my brains out! it was so bad. but as soon as i hit my second you can believe my sleep chained big time. well not really as soon as i hit it. when i hit 20 weeks i was up bcausd thats when baby started to kick. now i am 22 weeks and she kicks a llllllllll night i mean all night. i am up because its so uncomfortable. she kicks my bladder as well and I'm also up peeing. i bought a body pillow but it doesn't really help. since I'm on bed rest this pregnancy i sleep during the day time. so maybe if you don't work try that i sleep better for some reason. good lucky today momma bear! :)
