Try wearing compression socks (the ones old ladies wear) to help w circulation. Regular Excersise that will help also-3-5 days a week.  Whether it's just walking or do a prenatal excersise DVD-found in Amazon. Also, drink Rose Hips tea. I've only found it at Vitamin Cottage, or look Amazon.

Hi.  Yes they hurt and are not fun.  I had/have them.  I noticed when I was 6 months pregnant.  It  would hurt less when I drank a ton of water and worked out (helps thin your blood and will not pile up as much in that area..  Oils can help too.  Just make sure you can use whole pregnant.  Google it's great:) I unfortunately ended up with 5 clots in that area and still have pain from 6 yrs ago.  Just make sure there is no extra heat or redness.  If there is you should go to the Er because it can be a clot.  Just stay hydrated and active
