weakness/fainting/light headed at 7×

Im 7 weeks/3 daysand I just cant stand up for long periods of time without getting light headed or dizzy or just straight passing out. I feel so lazy and cant get anything done. My hands get really shakey and I feel like im on the verge of passing out all day since ive hit the 7 week mark. I dont eat extremely heathy but I feel like maybe something else is going on with me . Had anyone else had this. Like even with twins or something. Do you know if its nornal. I have a doc appointment tomorrow. But its just really on my mind right now.

I'm 17 weeks and it Also happens to me when I'm in the heat it's never happened before I was pregnant I get the chills my ears feel like there ringing and my chest gets tight. And I get shake and dizzy

im 8 weeks, i do feel the same way. i think is all pregnancy hormones try to lay down, dont do much when u feel like that. drinks lots fluid also!

I used to pass out randomly when I was younger. And then it just stopped. But now  if im standing or sitting it the heat my vision goes and then im really weak and trying to get as close to the ground as possible to avoid the fall.. ive gotten blood work done from being younger and nothing ever came up. But hopefully the doc tomorrow can do something for me. Because I work full time and cant afford to stop working just yet.

It happens to me all the time. I get sweaty on my forehead but my heads cold and my eyes go white and I fell like I'm going to pass out. (While pregnant I'll usually puke as well.) However I've done this since I was young (like 5) so its not odd for me. But it does happen. Idk why though.
