Don't stress about your weight. From this point on most babies gain around 1/2 lb a week so that should put her at a healthy weight. If your dr becomes concerned he will do another growth scan but I would not worry. I am 37 weeks and still -5lbs and when I had my last scan he was right where he should be for gestational age.
I was 126 now I'm weighing 250 something... I'm so fat I can't manage I'm 29 weeks
I'm almost 33 weeks. I've only gained 3lbs this entire pregnancy. I was 198 before I was preggo now I'm 201... I'm haaaaaappy!!! I'm scared to gain weight.
I will try anything because even tho its "safe" according to my dr. I dont like the thought of her weighing under 5 pounds.
My doctor suggested whole milk and peanut butter and try eating more often because I wasn't gaining weight. I've put on 10 pounds now and my baby is right on track.
Happy that i dont have to stress it anymore but now that im not stressing about it i gained 2 pounds so im thinking it was stress related this whole time
As long as baby is growing there shouldnt be a problem with how much weight you gain. I only gained about 5 pounds but the doctor says my baby is healthy .
Well i was scared at first cause the baby wasnt gaining either but now shes at 4pounds 9ounces and the doctor said its perfectly fine so now i consider myslef lucky that i didnt gain much and still got my visible baby bump
I don't know if your lucky or what, but if you really want to gain weight eat like every 2 hours or so... I'm gat as he'll I gain a lot of weight wish I was thin like you lol
My thoughts on weight are that generally if a doctor is concerned about weight, they mention to you. :) They tell women they've gained too much or need to gain a bit more (much more the gained too much situation).
I would eat a healthy diet--- include lots of protein. Good time for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I know I ate more cheese than I have in my entire life when pregnant. So, as long as it is healthy the fun part of pregnancy is indulging yourself when hungry. Take care sweetie and try not to worry-- again, your doctor would tell you if you should be worried.
Trust your body! Our bodies are made for this. It knows what it is doing even if we do not. Eat healthy. And drink lots of water. Don't worry about weight loss or gain unless it is threatening to you or your child's life. If you are finding it difficult to gain weight I would consult your doctor on safety ways to do so. But I don't think it's really anything to be concerned about
