what is really going on?

i had a positive urine test at an urgent care fascility. then had to go to the er for bloodwork...the bloodwork came back positive with an hcg level of 29....doctor said it was very early pregnancy and told me to see obgyn in next two days.....could not find a obgyn with available appointments so i went back to the er six days later and they ran a blood test to check hcg levels again and it came back as a 1 and they told me i was not pregnant....i went to the same hospital twice.
can some one tell me what is going on.

Hmmm...as suggested above, I'd see a doctor and talk about this. I'd also have another blood test done, just to confirm if the results are indeed accurate. It does sound a lot like a miscarriage, and since it was so early that might be why there wasn't much bleeding. Good luck with everything.

Well, if both tests are correct, you had a miscarriage.  Get an ob-gyn appointment and have an exam, and talk over what happened to your numbers.  You might also take a sensitive home test (the kind marked "early results") and see if it comes up negative.  If it comes up positive, definitely see on ob-gyn.   The ER is not a very good place for diagnostic care, it's really mostly set up for emergencies.

Did you have any bleeding or spotting within that time period? Generally if your levels dropped it would indicate miscarriage, or something else going on but it's hard to say what exactly is happening. Are they having you come back in to get your levels checked again?
