Hmmm...as suggested above, I'd see a doctor and talk about this. I'd also have another blood test done, just to confirm if the results are indeed accurate. It does sound a lot like a miscarriage, and since it was so early that might be why there wasn't much bleeding. Good luck with everything.
very very small trace of blood which is y i went to the urgetn care first.....they did pelvic exam at the er and found no blood. gave me a due date of nov 27...this was all last wednesday...no bleeding at all since then went back today and hcg is at 1. they just sent me home like it was no big deal with no fallow up info.
Well, if both tests are correct, you had a miscarriage. Get an ob-gyn appointment and have an exam, and talk over what happened to your numbers. You might also take a sensitive home test (the kind marked "early results") and see if it comes up negative. If it comes up positive, definitely see on ob-gyn. The ER is not a very good place for diagnostic care, it's really mostly set up for emergencies.
Did you have any bleeding or spotting within that time period? Generally if your levels dropped it would indicate miscarriage, or something else going on but it's hard to say what exactly is happening. Are they having you come back in to get your levels checked again?
