It's possible, however, more likely (depending on how far along you were when you miscarried) you may still have some HCG in your system causing symptoms. Being as it's only been 2 weeks it's not likely you would have ovulated already or had time for the embryo to implant and enough hormone to build in your sytem to to begin causing pregnancy symptoms again. I would venture a guess that you are likely feeling residual effects from the miscarriage.
i was 12 weeks but the baby stopped growing at 10 weeks.
I had a miscarrige In April. Didnt get my period, took a pregnancy test.. I was pregnant again. I got pregnant in the same week.
But thats from experience, Everyone is different. If you are still getting positive pregnancy tests in about 2 weeks, See your doc
not done a pregnancy test yet but we have been trying to have another baby but will be testing in two weeks this is my first miscarriage so not really sure whatt happen's.
You are more fertiles after miscarrige, birth and termination. Becuase you havent ovulated in so long. I think (Not 100% about the last bit)
But you can get pregnant straight away, But I was only 6 weeks gone with my MC. I am now over 5 months. But like I said everyone is different, but it usually takes 3 weeks for the HCG to die down in your body. Hence why you are getting symptoms. If you are preg again you would still be in the implantation stage I do believe and therefore might not get symptoms yet anyways.
A week after my miscarrige I got a neg pregnancy test. Because it was too early to pick up the new pregnancy because I was 4 days into implantation...
In 2 weeks take a test, if its still pos see your doc.
P.s sorry for your loss.

Being as you were so far along you would have had a much higher level of HCG in your system. It IS possible that you could have gotten pregnant, but typically it takes your body a few weeks to flush the HCG out of your system and trigger your cycle to begin ovulating again. At this point if you were to take a HPT it is very likely you would be getting a false positive becuase of leftover HCG in your system. Has your doctor mentioned anything about checking your HCG levels to ensure that they go back to normal so you will know for certain?
I had a miscarriage around the same time as you. I thought I was 12 weeks but actually lost the baby around 8 weeks. It took me over 3 weeks to get the HCG out of my system. I had weekly bloodwork done 4 times before it was low enough. Most likely what you are experiencing is residual effects from the HCG but anything is possible. That would be awesome of you were already pregnant =)
So sorry for your loss and good luck to you
thank you all so much for your help i am hoping to get pregnant as we have been trying for 5 years for a baby i will test in 2 weeks if i get a positive test then i will go straight to the doctors i'm hoping that i am pregnant if it's one thing i hate is blood test's.
