I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I can not sit down or bend over and having horrific pressure to the point were I scream a little. What does this mean by any chance? My belly tightens up but mild pain.

I'm 31 weeks as well and get similar pains I guess it's just from where and how baby lays and they're probably starting to drop lower I have been unable to bend over at the waist for a the past month

I wish I had the answer. Try squatting instead of bending over and maybe a birthing ball to sit on ? It's honestly a lot more comfortable when just hanging out watching tv
