will i miscarry?

Hi I'm new on here but just wondered if anyone has been in my situation and what the outcome was...had light spotting about 10 days ago didn't last long but was sent for an u/s anyway, they said the gestational sac was measuring the right size according to my dates but the baby was smaller in comparison and the heartbeat wasn't as strong as they eould

Thank you for your comment its reassuring to know sometimes theses things do turn out to be ok, been the longest week of my life but holding on to the fact I've had nothing happen keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow x

Its hard to say and i know how u feel waiting but try to stay positive. with my first bub i started bleeding and had severe pains and i went to the hospital and they thought i was loosing her but she pulled through to be a healthy pregnancy and is now 4years old. I know its easier said then done but plz just try to stay positive and not stress. Goodluck i hope all is well

* sorry posted before I was finished! So the heartbeat wasn't as strong as they would expect at this stage. I've had to wait a week to be re scanned my appointment is tomorrow. I've had no bleeding or pain and still feel very sick, sore breasts etc. Wondering what my chances are?
