What does bouncing on a yoga ball help with?
Ok cuz i want to get one but someone said it just helps the baby drop if he/she is to high but hes already low. I just need help starting labor cuz im 70% thinned out
I think it helps the baby drop cuz gravity from bouncing on a ball forces baby to come down on amniotic sac causing water to break
it helps your pelvic bone to spread, the baby to drop and helps relieve lower back pain as well
