my weekend begins.....
well i got my red raspberry leaf tea, evening primrose oil, abd excercise ball.... going to be a fun weekend.... hope something happens!!!
you can if you would like if you have concerns i asked my dr and a doula and they both said it was perfectly safe all it is is the primrose flower thats put inside a capsule and yoy can take it orally or insert it vaginally(kinda messy i put on panty liner to catch anything that decided to leak out!) it just dissolves but the oil contains prostoglandins (same chemical thats in sperm) and just is supposed to help soften cervix. last night was first time ans idk if it made a difference in cervix but baby has already dropped a little just feel a little more pressure down below so hope its working still no contractions from tea...
is the evening primrose oil something that I should ask my doctor about before using? I'm 38+2 weeks right now and I wanted to use it but my doctor decided to take his vacation and will not be back before my baby, so I don't have a doctor right now I'm just seeing whoever has time in the office.
