no sleep?!?

Hey ladies.. I'm 14 almost 15 weeks and due April 17th:) I haven't been able to sleep almost the entire months of Sept and Oct so the doctor told me to take a unisom and a b6 vitamin once every night..I don't know if its just me but I'm not sure if unisom is safe to take so religiously..I don't want the baby to be addicted when he's born! Anybody else having the same issues or anything similar?? Help!!!

I sleep better with a pregnancy pillow, helps me stay more comfortable. Also, try not to drink much an hour or two before bed so that way your bladder isnt so full. Just drink a lot earlier in the day.

Me personally I wouldn't be taking unisom.  Just try to get a bit more exercise, that might tire you out a bit more. I'm. 16 weeks and 3 days. Its started up again with me not being able to sleep again because the baby is growing. My husband snores, and so does our Labrador, so it ***** trying to go back to sleep after going to the potty. Lol.

Just try to let it pass without taking sleeping pills yah know what I mean? For the record, vitamin b6 won't help.
