I sleep better with a pregnancy pillow, helps me stay more comfortable. Also, try not to drink much an hour or two before bed so that way your bladder isnt so full. Just drink a lot earlier in the day.
Yeah, I have had problems sleeping since the first month, don't know what to suggest, but if you find a remedy let me know!
Okay! Ill prob lay off the unison then! Thanks for the advice! I'm sure ill have plenty more questions where that came from haha! And yes we will all be needing our our sleep before our sweet babies arrive!
Don't know why it stared out what I wrote lol. I don't cuss lol. I just said it suuuuuucccccccks.
Me personally I wouldn't be taking unisom. Just try to get a bit more exercise, that might tire you out a bit more. I'm. 16 weeks and 3 days. Its started up again with me not being able to sleep again because the baby is growing. My husband snores, and so does our Labrador, so it ***** trying to go back to sleep after going to the potty. Lol.
Just try to let it pass without taking sleeping pills yah know what I mean? For the record, vitamin b6 won't help.
the only reason y i dont sleep too well anymore is cause of peeing every 2 hrs! other than that i am ok feels like the baby is sitting right on top of my bladder... and i am only 15 weeks! i could only imagine when i get further along! hope yur sleeping gets better! we are going to need it in a couple of mths
