Anxious and Confused

Hi I'm new to this forum but,in desperate need for some advice and insight.Right now I'm really confused about how far along I really am.I believe I should be 15 wks 5 days that's where the dates match up.I first found out I was pregnant sep.4.I had a tummy tuck April 30th of this year so very suprised but, excited.I went in to the e.r 3 wks after I found out for cramping no bleeding.Hcg levels were super low almost no existent but,no bleeding.Ultrasound found free floating fluid which could be sac the doc said but,he wasn't sure.He thought I wasn't pregnant or that the previous month when I bled for 1 day that was a miscarriage instead of implantation bleeding.I continued to have all the pregnancy symptoms and began to have severe nausea and vomitting about 6 times a day.Went to the er last week knowing I was still pg.Had ultrasound doc said I was 9 wks exactly even though my dates added up to 14 wks.During these 15 almost 16 wks I have continue to havr symptoms non stop. The nausea and vomitting has come and gone a few times. As of lately it's been the worse.I'm wondering if maybe the baby is just small because I've been so sick,if the tech was wrong and couldn't see well because of my scar tissue from 2 c sections and tt,if I coukd have or currently pregnant with twins so that would make up for the size of the baby.I m just really confused. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.Currently looking for a new ob just moved 2 wks ago.

Maybe it is possible you were pregnant miscarried and became pregnant again without having a period in between. That happened to me once and several others who post on med help

mum makes a good point, that is possible.
It is also possible that your dates are off. I am due a week later using measurements rather then LMP. The U/S at 9 weeks are usually done vaginally so the scar tissue should not be an issue. I would go by the doctors measurments as they are usually most accurate. I would also consider getting a second opinion.
