35 days! :)

And I'm so not prepared yet. Kinda wondering too whats everyones opinion on using used stuff for baby? My boyfriends mom got us 2 used cribs and a bassinet but I myself am kinda uncomfortable with using it because I don't know the people it came from. I'd prefer a new one but also don't have the money right now and its getting pretty close to baby being here.

I'm thinking today I'm gonna get babys bag ready for the hospital. I'm a first time mom so I haven't been sure when a good time to do this is but I'll just do it today because you never know when and if the little one is gonna make a surprise visit. I got my second baby shower for my boyfriends family and our friends coming up in about 2 weeks and its about 1½ hours away so I think I should take the car seat and babys bag just in case.

We bought furniture stuff new crib, changing table, strolled, car seat etc I kinda don't trust used stuff when it comes to the babys safety. The clothes is used cause babies grow out of them fast.

She was decorating it so it looks pretty! Lol

Other then a few outfits everything else we have is brand new, thanks to my grandma. She works at a kmart and does the baby section a lot so when she seen a set of stuff go on sale she put it in the back and bought it for us. She got the stroller, car seat, high chair, swing and bouncer for like 50%-75% off. We're going up a week early and staying for a couple weeks so we can visit so I'm gonna check out the cribs and stuff she got. If its in good condition I'll give it a good scrub down. I don't have a problem using used stuff its just I like knowing where the stuff is coming from and if the people were clean and didn't have any bugs that would be traveling with it.

We bought everything new for our first two and it was such a waste of money. Although we could easily afford to buy everything new this time as well I refuse to. I spent well over $500 on my daughters bedroom furniture, the changing table we used for 6 months tops, the bed and dresser are now covered in nail polish, stickers and crayon(gotta love 6 year old girls) we've spent about $75 on furniture this time around, and it's nice stuff just needed a little soapy water to wash up. We've got everything prepared for baby, and all of it was used aside from the carseat, feeding items, and diapers.
Definitely a good idea to pack the hospital bag and bring it with you on long car trips, never know when that baby is gonna come :)

I'm being induced in 2 weeks and my little man's room is not done, I have been on bed rest for the last 20 weeks and have been unable to get his room done but I figured he will be sleeping in our room in his bassinet for the first two months so I will get it ready after he is born.  As for used stuff we have had to get used stuff and as long as its in great condition I just clean it thoroughly.  But with my first I wanted everything new and got everything new it was very expensive.  Good luck u still have time and its never too early to be prepared.
