Groin rash

My bladder leaks alot of the time.  I'm 36+3. It's also very hot here atm.  I think the leaking and sweating is causing a painful rash down one side of my groin in between my legs.  If I wear pads they make it sweat more.  Any suggestions?

U could try diaper rash cream or some powder. They both worked for me.
