sleeping disorder - insomnia

i cannot sleep at all.
i started taking antidepressant 2 years ago, my doc gave em to me bcos of insomnia and said that even now when im pregnant i could keep taking them. i put it down from 30mg to 7,5mg before sleeping but i do not feel good when i keep taking them because of my unborn. but when i do not take them then i really cant sleep at all. lying awake 4 hours and more which also isnt good for the baby when i cant rest and sleep.
does anyone have the same problem or knows a good trick that could help me? warm milk with honey or tea doesnt work. i also try relaxing, hypnotic CD's which also only works after i took one of those pills =(.

I was having the same problem. Not sleeping and feeling sick all hours of the day. I am on psychiatric medication and have had chlorprozine added so I can sleep and feel less nauseous. I was seen by a perinatal Dr who specializes in pregnant woman with mental health. By all means do try all natural options. Mine was put to meds as I have a severe MI and my body needs to rest

pills or no pills, camomile tea, massage.....nothing helps me, i have a terrible time sleeping, my back hurts when i lay down, and some anxiety here and there, but it is due to hormones! my nose is stuffy (thank god for breath right breathing strips) ...yep, you are not alone!
