I don't generally have problems falling asleep, its staying asleep that kills me.  I get up like every hour to pee and then have a hard time falling back asleep afterward.  I can sleep for ever it seems like though.  I need at least 8-9 hours a night and could still take a nap if I had the time.  I hate that I work so far from home, or really work at all because its draining all of my energy & I don't have much to begin with.

for the past 8 weeks i have been so tired all the time and easily falling asleep at like 7-8pm. But this last week i have not been able to sleep. I will feel so tired, but just cant get to sleep. Im sorry your puking, that is awful...i feel nausea mainly late at night but i dont puke. If your puking alot, make sure you talk to your doctor...they have something called zofran i heard is a life saver when your throwing up alot. Also try to stay hydrated..which is im sure impossible when u cant keep anything down :(
I also heard vitamin B works well for morning sickness...but i would ask your doctor 1st.
I wish i had some suggestions to you for natural ways to sleep...i hope someone posts some so i can try them too !
my sister bought me a basket of all of this lavender scented stuff....bath gels, lavender after bath powder, lavender candles, lavender lotion...she said it is supposed to relax and help you fall asleep.
I am going to try it and i will let ya know if it works...im pretty doubtful that it will
