Lamaze vs Bradley etc.

This is probably a REALLY loaded question, but do any of you second/third/etc. time moms out there have thoughts on which childbirth classes you recommend, or the pros/cons of what you took?  I'm trying very hard to prepare myself for a natural, unmedicated birth, though of course as a first-time mom the idea scares me to death :)

Thanks for sharing your experience, kele.  For me the desire to take a class isn't at all about not trusting my body or wanting to find out (and fear) every terrible thing that might or might not happen.  It's more about going in prepared and armed with the best coping skills I can have.  Plus, I think half the benefit would be for my husband!

I took zero classes when we had Phin. For me being too prepared always backfires. I went in with the firm belief that my body would know what to do...and it did. 7 hours after my first contraction I was holding our son and nursing him for the first time. I wasn't worried one bit about doing the wrong thing or fearing something that may or may not happen. So I recommend from my own experience to go in with an open mind and belief in yourself as a woman. Sorry if that doesn't answer the question...
