Please someone shed some light for me... do you think this is going normally?

I have had quite a few miscarriages ----
so I'll start at the beginning of this current pregnancy my cycles are pretty much anywhere from 32-40 days my last period was on feb 24th (this is the first somewhat normal pregnancy I have had where my hcg levels are going up normally, and something is inside the sac)
I had gotten my hcg levels drawn on march 31st they were 22
april 2 they were 57 (doubling like normal)

April 11th i had gone in to the emergency because of light pink spotting (it only lasted an hour tops and had stopped) they did an ultrasound and said i was measuring at 4 weeks and some odd days
ALL THEY COULD SEE was the gestational sac and my HCG levels were 2,029 (still good and normal)

Today the 22nd of april i went it and got an ultrasound done (still not knowing how far exactly I am) I had seen the gestational sac, yolksac, and a small line above the yolksac ( i think it might be the baby but it was so tiny i could barely see it ) My hcg levels today were 19,489.
During the ultrasound the damn tech didn't say anything what so ever to me (NOTHING) according to the internet everything looks normal and it should be to early to see the heartbeat expecially with the sac being at 4 weeks on the 11th. (my doctors have thoes records from the hospital)
But according to my doctor there is something wrong and something could be wrong.....
I am just confused because the fact that it went from having nothing to having a yolksac is good within 11 days right?

They rescheduled an ultrasound for tuesday the 27th but the doctor has left me clueless and worried and i dont know to trust my instincts or doctor

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

Stay positive!  Sounds just like what I experienced with my son. The line you saw was the fetal pole, so that was a great sign - they should have told you that.  So glad you got to see a heartbeat.  Once you see a heartbeat it decreases you chance of MC to less than 10%, so that is huge!  I was bleeding and didn't see a heartbeat until after 7 weeks with my son.  He just turned 4 today, so keep your chin up.  I was also told that something was wrong and to expect it to end in a MC. One thing you will learn in OB is that no one really knows what is going to happen.  I have much less faith in the doctors than I did 4 years ago before I had my son.  Keep us posted:)

I had an ultrasound at 6weeks 1day and the heartbeat was 104. I can't remember what the normal range is but it has to start somewhere. Stay positive.

Well i had my ultrasound and we did indeed see a heartbeat!!!!!! But now we are worried about the heart rate being in the 80's.... Is it normal to start out so low??? I measured at 6 weeks and 1 day today.. The doctor scheduled another ultrasound for this coming tuesday.... I just hope my little peanut keeps pushing foward and makes it!!!

Has anyone else had a heart rate in the 80's and everything was alright?

I would think seeing a yolk sac and a fetal pole would be good things. That means they see the baby. I'd call your dr and demand information and an explanation as to what they think may be wrong. It's not right for them to just say something may be wrong and not give you and explanation. It's not long until your u/s I hope everything turns out fine, I didn't realize how close it is until your u/s. You may just want to wait until you go to talk to them. Definitely tell them you want answers though, refuse to leave until they let you know what's going on.

I'm sorry, I don't know. What did the doctor say is wrong? Maybe you should call and ask, just to get some answers. Keep us posted on your next ultrasound.
