Wednesday Weeklies Oct 13

Wow, Wednesday again! Where is the time going?

32 weeks tomorrow, unbelievably. Had a drs appointment yesterday, and found out that my iron level dropped from when it was checked Sept 12 to Sept 21. I think we both got distracted and I never did find out anything more about the iron. The dr says she thinks the baby is head down, and I'm still measuring right on schedule. I was a little disappointed, but happy that my next appointment is in 4 more weeks, I'll be almost 36 weeks then. I kinda wanted to start going more frequently just so I could get more questions in sooner, and not have to wait so long to ask, BUT that's what MH is for too, LOL. BUT the good part is the dr didn't see any reason to start every two weeks yet, so that's good. After my next appointment I'll be going in more often, and I'll only have four weeks left!!! Going to have the GBS test done next time, and since I'll be almost 36 weeks I'm gonna ask to be checked and see if I've dilated/effaced any. With Elijah I was 1 cm and 50% at 33 weeks (got checked at L&D because of contractions), and didn't get checked again since he was a scheduled c-section.

We had family here from DH's side from Sun-this morning, so I am pretty worn out and tired. Doesn't help that Elijah was up from 145-5/6something this morning. I could really use a nap right now, but with a hyper two year old...I don't see it happening anytime soon, I think today will be a lazy/breakfast food dinner day. I've already cleaned the kitchen, and the laundry folding can wait. I'm just too dang tired!

I'm starting to get more and more nervous as the end approaches...since Elijah was a c-section baby, and I've never been through labor before I don't really know what to expect. Our prenatal classes start the first week of Nov, so not too far off, there's so many people here it was hard to get in one even though I signed up EARLY!!!

The only depressing part of the day was I've gained 8 LBS since my last appointment!!! I can see why though, with the anemia dragging me down and the pubic bone pain I haven't been up and about as much...I'm just hoping this 8 lbs in 4 weeks doesn't continue...I've still got 8 more to go, so that's 16 lbs I'd add on!! I've gained 19 so far, more than I wanted for the entire time, but OH WELL, that just means I'll have to work that much harder after she's born!

Sooooo tired... 30w 3d

Having bouts of insomnia and feelings of urgency to get things clean. Followed by a couple of days of wanting to sleep and eat. Dont seem to be able to eat huge amounts of food anymore. Heartburn is pretty bad. Everytime I burp or cough after food or water I seem to vomit a little bit. Another scan at 36 weeks to make sure this pesky placenta preavia thing will not be a problem with natural delivery. Still considering the membrane sweep at 38 weeks. Measuring a couple of weeks ahead. Last bubba was a whopper and dont want to go through that again.

Yesterday I washed and ironed absolutely everything baby related and packed it all away in expectation. Just purchased a convertible harnessed/booster seat for toddler so bub can go into the 0-4yr old seat. DS2 is turning two in a couple days which is so exciting. In the middle of toilet training at the moment and he has taken to it quite well. His language has just amazed us the last two weeks. He says all manner of things and is learning to count. He is too cute. He randomly comes up and blows rasberries on my bump. We bought him a realistic baby doll and he has been changing nappies and giving bottles. He gets so excited when we see other babies while we are out and about.

All things health and baby related are good.

31 weeks and have gained 17 pounds!  Feeling so tired all the time now.  Wondering how I am ever going to actually get anything else done. Feel like I could sleep all the time.  Today is actually my 28th birthday and I've had a wonderful day with the family.  I go on the 21st again and then at 36 weeks for the GBS test.  They will check my cervix that day as well.  I was 3cm and 70% with my second at the 36 week appointment and I drove myself crazy until I was induced.  We'll see what this little man decides to do.  I'm not feeling much pain in my back or hips (yet). Took my oldest (4 years) to the hospital for a tour and a sibling class - he loved it and it was good for him to see all the machines and stuff. Looking forward to the months to come and can't wait to meet this little man.

29weeks tomorrow.. This last week, acutally all of this month has been a crazy, busy hectic one and probably wont quit. My baby is being a good girl and has stayed head down for the last couple of months. She must like it that way?

Had to go in Monday for a 3hr glucose test, since I failed my 2nd 1hr test with a 141. The 3hr test showed no signs of GD at all!! WOO HOO I was so nervious, since with PCOS it is very common and I am already over weight. Thankfully I havent gained any weight, lost 9 to start with the first 6months, now I have gained bay 4 in the last 2months.. so down 5 still. Next appointment on 10/21 then baby shower on 10/23!!

29 weeks 4 days...
feeling enormous....21 lbs gained so far.
we had our 4D ultrasound saturday, but she was not cooperating at all....too busy cramming her head into my bladder and hiding her face behind the placenta to get any good pictures.  so we go back on sunday for another try.
midwife appt and medical US on tuesday.
otherwise she has been very active but always head down which is a good thing :)
starting to try to convince her that 12/12 is an excellent day to be born....but we shall see what she decides

Hello All:) 30 wks 3 days and counting. Just met my new obgyn/peri and she is AWESOME we are going for Vag birth but if complications arise it will be C Section. She does not think we will go past 37 weeks so 7 more weeks to go. I have my 4 D US scheduled for tomorrow and I am super excited about it! The babies have been moving like crazy and the heartburn is sooo horrible it prohibits a good night sleep. Other than that I am fine. Next weds is also my first baby shower from my colleagues and then sat the 23rd for my family & friends. I finally finished the nursery and will post pix this week:) Have a happy & healthy week all:)

30 weeks 5 days today, but its more like 31 weeks 5 days since im having a c-section 1 week before! (:

I had 2 appointments this weeks. My OB/GYN every 2 weeks visit on Monday and my 4D ultrasound yesterday which was absolutely amazing! Found out my baby boy is already weighing 4lbs 3oz and is still breech :/ which really doesnt matter, but itd be better if he was head down that wasy i could probably get in a more confortable position for sleeping! He is doing really good so far except for his kidneys are storing more licuid in them or something like that which doctor said it was nothing to worry about its just something to keep an eye on and when hes born probably will have to have a cafeter (not a great speller) and drain them out a little, buy no big suregery or anything!

I start my twice a week visit Oct 26 and im pretty sure im going to be pretty stressed with all these appointments, but im glad doctors are keeping a close eye on my baby and me! Im going to have NST twice weekly until delivery and will stop taking baby aspirin 10 days before my c-section.

Other than that nothing really has changed since last week. I get lots of heartburn :/ ickk to the point where i feel that im about to throw up!! Some pain on my breasts, but other than that things are going pretty smoothly (: also found out yesterday that my baby has hair on his head :D soo cute!

Well thats it for now! Only 58 days for the c-section day! cant wait i just want to get it over with and have my baby safe in my arms!
