Out of breath....anyone?

I know my iron is low, and I've been feeling SO exhausted/tired lately...but this being out of breath BS is driving me NUTS! I went outside today, and was out there, no kidding, at best three minutes and I was breathing heavy. I'm only 29 weeks, and I wasn't doing anything outside...I was standing in the shade holding DH and my drinks...WTH? I can get up walk to the kitchen, get a drink walk back to the living room and be tired feeling and out of breath...I know with anemia being tired and out of breath are symptoms, but seriously...this is ridiculous. Anyone else feel like this?

I have been getting short of breath, too.  I thought it was just because I'm out of shape.  Glad to know I'm not the only one, but I'm sorry you're going through it, too.  It makes me really nervous sometimes.
I talked to the nurse about it, though, and she told me to go to the ER if I get a severe headache or other signs of BP issues.
I would ask your doctor if it's the anemia or what.

I have been short of breath, but what makes it worse for me is that I have asthma and so my lungs have issues before adding this into the mix.

I was feeling out of breath for a while but i think I'm getting used to it some.  It helps that he's not straight up and down either.  The only plus to having a baby too shy to stay vertex!

i'd discuss this with your doctor.  anemia can cause it, but so can extra strain on your heart from the pregnancy and blood pressure issues.
worth making sure everything else is ok, and take it extra easy.
